Creem Amusement Names Former VICE Publisher John Martin as CEO – Billboard

Creem Enjoyment has announced a raft of new hires, led by previous VICE publisher John Martin as CEO, the corporation tells Billboard. Creem Entertainment is described in a push release as “the modern day-day devil spawn of Detroit’s legendary CREEM Magazine” that claims to “deliver the best in editorial, unique programming, goods, membership goods, and experiences to rock ‘n’ roll supporters of all ages.”

Creem journal ended its operate in 1988 before returning briefly to print in the 1990s. Two other planned revivals, declared in 2003 and 2011, fizzled out owing to economic challenges and disputes above the company’s ownership.
