Mayor’s Show returns to visual arts center | Arts & Amusement

The Oregon Coast Council for the Arts offers the 2022 Mayor’s Show from Feb. 12 by March 5 in the Runyan Gallery at the Newport Visual Arts Middle. 

The Mayor’s Exhibit attributes nine artists chosen from the 89 Lincoln County artists who participated in the 2022 PushPin & ClothesLine Exhibit through January. The 9 artists had been chosen in session with OCCA VAC Director Tom Webb and Newport Mayor Dean Sawyer. The Mayor’s Clearly show was started in 2016 by Webb and previous Newport Mayor Sandra Roumagoux.
